Am blogging now because I wanna delay my revision time to later. HAHAHA. Just woke up and I don't feel revising now. Finally changed my revision time to afternoon instead of burning the midnight oil and cause my whole body and brain to tired out and reject whatever I'm revising. Because my last year revision tactics is to wake up late and start revising from evening to like 3-4 am everyday. Since staying up late for few hours doesn't yield good results so shall give up sacrificing my sleep for revision.
Still remember how I study for my SPM, I only started revising 12 days before the first paper. No joke. Because I know which sub I needed to spend the most time on and what results I wanted for each subs, I just focus on Chemi, Bio, Physics and History (Sejarah) the most. Literally didn't touch anything related to English, English for Science and Technology (EST), Maths and Add Maths until the day before the papers. Because I have confidence I'll do well for them (and yes, I scored A1 for these 4) while the rest I just hope for a pass. I still think SPM is really easy to revise compared to now. Seriously all you need to do is to memorize everything in the textbook and scan through all questions in the assessment books or try to grab hold on 'tips' tuition centres give. This is where you have to be super socialized and thick skinned so you can ask from people who goes to seminars to receive those some-how 'precious' tips. HAHAHA. But I really believed the 'secret' really works for me, because before prelims I wrote down what I wanted to score for each subs and when results released, I really got everything I wrote down on the paper. I stick it on my table and look at it everyday while I revise. Plus during that year, lots of people like to ask how many A's you plan to get for your SPM, standard question, been asked for the whole of form 5, yes, from beginning of school starts till the day before SPM results released. So I kept answering I wanted 4A's and yes, I got it. Aiya, like that I should have been more greedy and answered 6A's!! But no la, don't think I can achieve that. Haha.
Anyway I used to spend 8 hours studying last time without any distractions during that 12 days before SPM, this is what I can't do now because I HAVE AN IPHONE! Yeah, with Iphone I can't really keep my eyes on books and notes, I'll tend to update twitter, instagram, play games and sms. Sigh. The pros and cons of technology. LOL. Plus now I have a computer with internet access you see what I'm doing now, see la see la, how to stay focus on revision like that you tell me.
And now even memorizing everything from notes, I still don't have the confident of passing. 34% is not a lot but still ... not easy at all. Can't really say I'm totally prepared for the papers no matter how much time I've spend on revising. But it's been like that since Alevels till now. I guess only Malaysia govt papers are easy (no offend). Huuuu. I really need to get back to my notes le. I wanna get second lower class. Sobs. Is just getting 50% for 5 modules and aggregate score of 440. (Btw, I have 5 modules this year because I freaking failed macro last year.) And please don't fail more than 2 mods if not I have to drop a class and ended up getting third class (even I get the remaining 3 mods 100% also no use)!! NOOOO. At least second lower, second lower, second lower. Thank you.
