As you can see,

My blogging mood is on now. HAHAHA. That's because I've finished another chapter of IM (Investment mgt) which mean I'm only left with the last chapter to go! But IM is on the last day which is next week Saturday (who knows there will be papers on a Saturday? yes, is papers, there's vsa after or before that too) so I'll still have time for it.

Revision progress :
FI - Done with scanning it through once and wrote my own notes.
IM - Left last chapter.
MSM - Done.
VSA - Now at chapter 7, 4 more to go.
Macro - UNTOUCHED.

If my friends ask me about the progress of my revision, I will tell them the truth, as in if I'm revising, I won't lied about it. Don't really know why is there a need to lie about, maybe some will worried if they told others they studied but end up failing, they will lose face? Quite understandable la, but for me I don't really care. And for my prelims I will bravely let them failed. LOLOLOLOL. As long as I did chiong for finals, I think my results will reflect my hard work! Oh, if you're wondering why I didn't touch Macro at all, is because it's a retake module and I'm seriously sian with the notes already. Why?

BECAUSE I SPENT THE MOST TIME ON MACRO LAST YEAR AND ENDED UP WITH A FAIL!

*sigh, whatever la, this year sure can pass one! I shall stick to the secret!

Anyway, I'm still lost on what I should work as after I graduate, investment manager? funds manager? financial consultant? What else can a banking&finance fresh graduate do ah? Google about their job scopes, seems like I'll be needing a huge load of responsibility and hard work. *breathe out heavily.

I'm going back to last chapter of IM now, even though tomorrow's paper is FI, but I'm lazy to look through my notes again (too wordy), I shall revise for the sake of finals not prelims. Just gonna take a look at the questions and leave after 1 hour. And oh, I might blog about my 22nd birthday surprise soon! Byeeeeee.

Revision rants.

Am blogging now because I wanna delay my revision time to later. HAHAHA. Just woke up and I don't feel revising now. Finally changed my revision time to afternoon instead of burning the midnight oil and cause my whole body and brain to tired out and reject whatever I'm revising. Because my last year revision tactics is to wake up late and start revising from evening to like 3-4 am everyday. Since staying up late for few hours doesn't yield good results so shall give up sacrificing my sleep for revision.

Still remember how I study for my SPM, I only started revising 12 days before the first paper. No joke. Because I know which sub I needed to spend the most time on and what results I wanted for each subs, I just focus on Chemi, Bio, Physics and History (Sejarah) the most. Literally didn't touch anything related to English, English for Science and Technology (EST), Maths and Add Maths until the day before the papers. Because I have confidence I'll do well for them (and yes, I scored A1 for these 4) while the rest I just hope for a pass. I still think SPM is really easy to revise compared to now. Seriously all you need to do is to memorize everything in the textbook and scan through all questions in the assessment books or try to grab hold on 'tips' tuition centres give. This is where you have to be super socialized and thick skinned so you can ask from people who goes to seminars to receive those some-how 'precious' tips. HAHAHA. But I really believed the 'secret' really works for me, because before prelims I wrote down what I wanted to score for each subs and when results released, I really got everything I wrote down on the paper. I stick it on my table and look at it everyday while I revise. Plus during that year, lots of people like to ask how many A's you plan to get for your SPM, standard question, been asked for the whole of form 5, yes, from beginning of school starts till the day before SPM results released. So I kept answering I wanted 4A's and yes, I got it. Aiya, like that I should have been more greedy and answered 6A's!! But no la, don't think I can achieve that. Haha.

Anyway I used to spend 8 hours studying last time without any distractions during that 12 days before SPM, this is what I can't do now because I HAVE AN IPHONE! Yeah, with Iphone I can't really keep my eyes on books and notes, I'll tend to update twitter, instagram, play games and sms. Sigh. The pros and cons of technology. LOL. Plus now I have a computer with internet access you see what I'm doing now, see la see la, how to stay focus on revision like that you tell me.

And now even memorizing everything from notes, I still don't have the confident of passing. 34% is not a lot but still ... not easy at all. Can't really say I'm totally prepared for the papers no matter how much time I've spend on revising. But it's been like that since Alevels till now. I guess only Malaysia govt papers are easy (no offend). Huuuu. I really need to get back to my notes le. I wanna get second lower class. Sobs. Is just getting 50% for 5 modules and aggregate score of 440. (Btw, I have 5 modules this year because I freaking failed macro last year.) And please don't fail more than 2 mods if not I have to drop a class and ended up getting third class (even I get the remaining 3 mods 100% also no use)!! NOOOO. At least second lower, second lower, second lower. Thank you.

Prelims coming ...

In 3 days time! First paper, financial intermediation on Thursday afternoon. Last paper on March 9th. Hope this year I'll be more prepared than last year and can do better. Cause normally I won't be prepared for my prelims and ended up getting all failed or just pass at the borderline. This year I really tried my best not to slack and did revision at least few hours per day. But with 4 lectures and 1 tuition per week, there isn't much time to revise plus the time I used to sleep and nap. LOL. Still, I almost finished revision for all modules, except for Macro, which I sill haven't start yet. At least MSM is all finished and the rest left few last chapters to go.

Anyway, today is the last day of cny, and I opened all my ang bao already, mostly ringgit as usual. Plus I lose RM35 this year even they say Horse have really good luck this year. LOL. So as usual, went back Ipoh for 4 days from Friday morning till Tuesday. Because meichyi have class and my dad have to go Indonesia for golf on Wednesday, that's why we have to leave on Tuesday. We went back on Thursday evening after my class ended at 3pm and my sis dismissed around 4.30pm. After that went back KL to stay for a night before leaving on Friday morning. Quite jam when we're going back KL but still we managed to avoid the peak hour jam by leaving before 5.30pm where everyone knocked off and head back to Johor. But when we came back from Msia to SG, we took 8 hours plus instead of the usual 5-6 hours? A little jam though still okay.

So, after reaching KL, texted Evonne and CW to ask if they're free to meet up or not, since I'll only be back once a year plus only for a night. LOL. Evonne said okay and asked Cally, SL, Meng and Andre. Everyone appear except Andre. SL didn't plan to meet because he had classes the next day but in the end he pon because of me! Super touching can lo! So Cally fetched me to Setia Walk, and we all had share tea while we chatted there. It's been a year since I last went back Puchong, some things  remains the same but what changes the most is the addition area of Setia Walk. I guess that's all? And oh, after CW meet us around 11 plus, we went to watch the movie, Journey to the East, without Cally because she had work the next day. Ended up going home around 2 plus, CW fetched me and there's all. Phew, finally blogged about cny. HAHAHA.

So, now left with New Year Resolution!! Yes yes, I didn't forgot about it, is just that I didn't had time to blog. Okay, so for 2013, my resolution will be :
1. Graduate with second lower class. *cross fingers really tight!
2. Maintain my weight. you think this is easy? NO LO!
3. Go for grad trip! Yay, I'm planning this with xw now, decided to go bkk!
4. Find an office job. I've never tried working in an office before, it's my first I hope it'll be fun! LOL
