The guy being tied up is Leejoon while Mir is the one rapping. Take a look at the engsub, the lyrics reminds me of you. It's scary how they can sing it in a song. Mir rapping this makes the girl look more pathetic. But he's really hot in it.
This is the 'live' and I love the way Mir and Kan mi yeon interact during the rap.
